A few reminders before you go on winter break:
If your lease is ending please email your property manager with your forwarding address for your security deposit refund.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
We will be conducting mid-year inspections while you are away on break. Property Management and Maintenance will be entering each apartment and checking the overall condition.
Battery changes in all smoke alarms & carbon monoxide detectors will also take place over winter break.
Make sure to leave all heat on at 55 degrees Fahrenheit (all common areas & bedrooms), leave all electrical breakers and refrigerator turned on. Any and all damages caused by the electricity or heating being turned off will be the responsibility of the tenants.
Make sure to close and lock all windows and doors to your apartment.
